To Our Clients & Colleagues:


There has been a lot of information released and more yet to be, regarding the key pieces of financial stimulus, the CARES Act and the Families First Coronavirus Response Act. Through our professional networks we have done our best to collect this information in a way that provides meaningful direction. We will continue to modify and update ourselves with specific information as it becomes available.


The concern and uncertainty everyone is experiencing is wide spread and warranted. Personally, my days are full of a roller coaster of emotions, thoughts, good and bad plans. I try and keep the bad ones to myself. Its not my thought that our information or understanding of any of this is somehow profound or authoritative, but more so our sincere effort to provide guidance and normalcy letting our clients, colleagues and community know that we’re in your corner. If there’s any way we can assist or even be a sounding board please feel free to get in touch.


A particular client and friend of mine jokingly have a rule, “Today I call you for humor, tomorrow you call me and don’t mix up the days.”

Scanner Application for Smartphones

There are many applications you can use for scanning documents from your smartphone. Scanner Pro is our favorite for scanning and saving a digital version of a paper document. Scan any papers, ranging from a receipt to multi-page documents. Scanner Pro will automatically detect borders, correcting distortion and geometry. Share, email and upload your perfect scans. 




An important update regarding Coronavirus

The outbreak of Coronavirus COVID-19 is impacting all of us and the communities in which we serve in unprecedented ways. The health and safety of our Clients and Staff are our top priority, because of this we want to let you know about a few things we are doing to ensure your safety from this illness as well as keep you informed.
Last week our team implemented additional cleaning protocol to sanitize common and meeting spaces prior to and between client interactions. While proper hygiene is always important, we are additionally washing hands more frequently and hand sanitizer is available to staff and visitors. 
We have instructed staff not to come to work if they are showing any signs of illness and utilize PTO so they do not suffer financially. We also ask that any client not feeling well, to contact our office by phone instead.
At this time we are able to maintain our standard office hours, but will continue to monitor the news daily and will notify clients on the web and social media channels immediately should this change. 



Delta Office Move

Our Delta office location is moving on October 25th! We will be located inside The Shoppes at Delta, 300 Stafford Lane, Delta, CO, Suite 30211 & 30213.

We look forward to serving our clients in our new space!

New Hours in Delta

Our Delta, CO office has adopted new office hours. Starting April 27, 2018 our office will be closed on Fridays. We will still have regular phone hours for staff and our Montrose, CO office will remain open on Fridays.

We have a dropbox in both Delta and Montrose for after hours convenience. Please let us know if you plan to drop materials.
